About Our Office Policies
Our office policies help our patients get cohesive dental care at our clinic. We want you to be prepared and informed for each and every one of your visits.
Insurance
We accept all dental insurance programs. For all insured patients, we will prepare and submit all necessary information forms on your behalf. Please keep in mind that dental insurance is an agreement between each patient and their provider.
While we are able to assist in the submission of information and forms, dental insurance limits on some policies can be lower than the cost of some procedures. Additionally, some dental policies exclude certain types of procedures that may be necessary and/or recommended. Each patient is responsible for all dental charges incurred in the course of their care.
Payment
Payment for services is due at the end of each appointment. For the convenience of our patients, we accept the following methods of payment:
- Cash
- Visa
- Personal cheque
- Debit
- Mastercard
For patients who require extensive dental care, we are pleased to offer flexible payment plans. Please speak to our staff if you believe a payment plan may be right for you.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are scheduled specifically for you! Our team contacts each of our patients 1 to 2 days before an appointment with a courtesy reminder. It is, however, the patient’s ultimate responsibility to keep each scheduled appointment.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to change and/or cancel appointments. If an appointment is missed, a missed appointment fee will apply.
