About Dr. Werner Weisshaar
Dr. Weisshaar obtained his DDS degree from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Western Ontario in 1980. Prior to joining The Avenue Dental Centre, Dr. Weisshaar volunteered his dental expertise on native reservations in Northern Ontario.
Dr. Weisshaar is a current member of both the Ontario Dental Association and the Canadian Dental Association. He performs most of his work in the areas of general dentistry and orthodontics.
He has been married to his wife, Joannie, for 39 years and together they have 4 daughters and 6 grandchildren. To his delight, his daughter Whitney joined the practice in 2013. In his spare time, Dr. Weisshaar enjoys golfing, fishing, travelling, and spending time with his family.
